Held in the quiet of winter at Bluegreen Sanctuary, this four-day, three-night retreat is an invitation to slow right down. These days are designed for reflection, nervous-system support, and gentle recalibration. Be guided through movement, breath, ritual, rest, and time in nature. Expect nourishing meals, daily yoga and Pilates, breathwork, recovery experiences, and space to simply be, all held in a deeply restorative environment where nothing is rushed and everything has room to land.
RETREAT INCLUSIONS
This retreat offers four tiers of accommodation, allowing you to choose the level of privacy, luxury, and connection that best suits your stay. Please note, all rooms are designed to be shared and pricing is on a per person rate. Choose your sanctuary:
- Premium Sanctuary ($2,500 pp – Save $350 Early Bird): Private sanctuary-style rooms featuring premium finishes, ensuite bathrooms, and beautiful outdoor showers or bathtubs. Ideal for those wanting complete privacy and an elevated retreat experience.
- Elevated Luxury ($2,400 pp – Save $300 Early Bird): Spacious, beautifully appointed rooms offering a high level of comfort and privacy. These rooms balance luxury with a softer, grounded feel and are located close to shared retreat spaces.
- Classic Luxe ($2,250 pp – Save $250 Early Bird): Thoughtfully designed rooms that maintain the sanctuary feel while offering a slightly more shared or simplified layout. A refined option that still feels special, calm, and restorative.
- Shared Decadence ($1,900 pp – Save $250 Early Bird): A beautifully styled shared accommodation option with a more communal feel. Shared bathroom facilities. A limited Trio Room is available for solo travellers who enjoy connection and shared experience at a reduced price point.

All meals are thoughtfully prepared by our private chef using fresh, organic ingredients. Expect seasonal, grounding food designed to support digestion, energy, and nervous-system regulation throughout your stay.
Guided breathwork sessions provide space for emotional release, regulation, and reconnection. These practices are trauma-informed, grounded, and accessible, meeting both body and mind.
Yoga, Pilates and movement sessions are offered daily, focusing on mobility, strength, and regulation rather than intensity. Its movement that supports your body rather than depletes it.
Unlimited access to infrared sauna and ice baths throughout the retreat, allowing you to explore contrast therapy at your own pace and in tune with your nervous system.
Dedicated massage space with massages available for additonal purchase throughout.
Gather for intentional moments including tea ceremony, fire ritual, and cacao under the stars. Experiences designed to create reflection, presence, and a sense of grounded connection.
Spacious breaks are intentionally built into the schedule. Each accommodation has access to a pool, alongside a yoga shala, tipi, fire pit, and quiet corners for journaling, reading, or rest.

The Villa
An ancient gong suspended over tumbling water welcomes you. Entering the sandstone archway, a glimpse of the infinity pool, before the castle-like features of the living room draw you in.
All around are signs of creativity – materials recycled and reimagined, gathered from far-flung villages or neighboring paddocks.
The kitchen’s oversized concrete counter is great for preparing a feast or serving up a gourmet buffet.
The communal spaces are perfect for entertaining, with many nooks available for personal and quiet reflection time.

V1 - Master Suite

V2 - Suite

This spacious and light-filled suite opens directly onto the pool deck, offering a serene and inviting atmosphere. The room features a versatile King-size bed that can be configured as two single King-size beds for a comfortable twin share or kept as one luxurious King bed for couples. Conveniently located near the main downstairs bathroom, this suite combines comfort and accessibility, making it a great choice for your stay.
V3 - Suite

V4 - Suite

V5 - Trio Share Room

Self Contained suite with ensuite bathroom and balcony.
A generous shared space with three single beds and a large balcony, designed for connection and community. A beautiful option for solo travellers wanting a relaxed, social room at a lower price point. Or maybe you want to grab it for you and your 2 besties
The House
The House is truly a remarkable home, with plenty of space to unwind in comfort and privacy. A 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home designed with the changing seasons in mind. Breezy in summer, warm in winter and open to the changing colours of the grounds throughout the year.
The master ensuite bedroom upstairs with its pitched ceiling and exposed trusses has a King four-poster bed hand crafted out of recycled timber, and a terrazzo spa-bath.
The light-filled bedroom downstairs, with a King or 2 King singles, is adjacent to the downstairs bathroom which has an extra-large terrazzo handmade bath perfect for an indulgent soak.

H1 - Master Suite

H2 - King Suite

Located on the ground floor, the room offers a perfect blend of comfort and style with its impressive raked ceilings and versatile bed configuration. Whether arranged as a King-size bed or two single beds for sharing, this suite provides a spacious and inviting atmosphere.
The Loft
The Loft has the air of a country church, with its high-pitched ceilings and reclaimed timber walls. Perched on a quiet and private corner of the Sanctuary, the Loft has elevated views over the alpaca paddock and gorgeous sunsets to the west.
The Loft has a vibe of its own and is the more secluded part of the property.
For the ultimate indulgence, the Loft includes an outdoor bath, offering a truly breathtaking and immersive experience in nature’s embrace.

L1 - King Suite or Twin Room
Price: $2400 pp (Save $300 - Early Bird)
Featuring a light-filled main bedroom with a high raked ceiling that enhances its airy, spacious feel. Tall bi-fold doors open the room to stunning expansive vistas of the property, creating a seamless connection with the outdoors. The ensuite bathroom is a masterpiece of design, boasting a freestanding terrazzo bath from Bali, matching vanity basins, an internal shower and an outdoor courtyard with an additional shower.
L2 - Suite
Price: $2,250 pp (Save $250 - Early Bird)
Situated in the loft above the living area, this ensuite offers an elevated and inviting retreat. This charming bedroom features a comfortable and versatile layout, with the option of a King-size bed or two single beds. The suite includes an elegant ensuite bathroom, ensuring both privacy and convenience. Its elevated position provides a unique and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay.

First in best dressed for room availability.
Price is all inclusive of meals and additional activities outlined above.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your room.
A 40% second downpayment is due by 11th March 2026
A 40% final payment is due by 11th May 2026.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation: Should you wish to cancel your position on the retreat the following Terms & Conditions will apply:
Once a deposit due date has passed, you are required to pay the agreed fee. All deposits and progress payments paid are non refundable but transferable to another person if required.
E.g. If you pay the 20% down payment and 40% second payment date has passed and wish to cancel you will unfortunately forfeit (and owe) all payments unless you have someone to replace you to which you can transfer to their name.
FOOD/ALLERGIES
The menu can be catered to meet any specific allergies/dietary requirements. Please inform us before the retreat of any special dietary needs.
ACTIVITIES & SCHEDULE UPDATES
We reserve the right to change/update the retreat activities and schedule subject to weather and other external influences.
A minimum of 10 bookings are required for the retreat to proceed.

Departure/Check out: 10am.
