With a background in Musical Theatre, and a lifetime of singing and dancing through life’s ups and downs under her mic belt, Tymy is sure to bring all the vibes – and karaoke vocals – to every class. Tymy has found her home at Therapy, and comes to the studio each morning with her heart full, a big smile on her face, and the sole purpose to help everyone leave with a new love for themselves. Tymyka believes there is something truly magical in what movement and music can do for the body and soul, and she wants nothing more than to share that magic with the world, one banging remix or heavy climb at a time!
If she’s not in the studio, you can find Tymy performing on stage, on a nature walk, or curled up with a cup of tea and a good book.
