RunLift Class Types
The Low-down
BEFORE YOU SHOW UP
Book your starting place in class, online or in-app. Choose from 'Lift' (a bench number) or 'Run' (a treadmill). We will guide you through the rest.
NEED TO KNOW
Our classes are 45 minutes, making sure we have enough time to work as well as cool things down before you leave.
Our RunLift classes are the perfect blend of treadmill intervals, and strength & conditioning work at your bench, these workouts are designed to maximise energy outputs as well as create mental resilience – all set to banging playlists.
GETTING STARTED
At your first class, remember to arrive 15 minutes early so that our instructor can guide you through treadmill use, as well as the class flow and weight recommendations.
CLASS PREP
At Therapy, we’re not about obsessing over calorie burn. However, we will say this is a BIG workout so fuel yourself appropriately before and after class.
If you have any injuries or medical conditions, please tell your instructor so that they may give appropriate alternatives throughout the workout.
Cannot run due to injury? Not a problem – we have 2 places in class just for you. When booking, select a bike number instead of a treadmill for your lower impact option.
