Stuck in Your Head? Your Body Knows the Way Out

You know the feeling. Mind racing, stuck on the same worry, and no amount of thinking makes it any quieter. You’ve read the same paragraph four times. You’re snappy, foggy, somewhere else — sat in the car outside the house, engine off, just trying to gather yourself before you walk in.

3 Ways to show up, even when you don’t feel like it

You know the feeling. 4.30am. The alarm goes off. Class is at 5am. The version of you who booked it last night is a stranger.

Think about it, once you are in the class that resistance that you had prior disappears and doing ‘the thing’ is way easier than you built up in your head.

Whilst this is great information, it’s absolutely no help for the 4.30am version of you.
