Join us throughout the year for our 21 day ‘Do the Work Challenge’ where we focus on 4 key pillars of wellness.

Includes a challenge journal, goal setting workshop, unlimited training at our studio, weekly workshops/group activities and challenge prizes. Resilience Week: 7 Days, 7 RunLift Classes. Turn your struggles into strengths in this ultimate test of resilience. Includes unlimited access to all classes throughout the challenge, as well as challenge milestones and prizes.
