Pre & post strength testing sessions.

Progressive strength training over a 6 week block.

A clear weekly training schedule .

Educational workshops on strength training, nutrition, hormones & health.

Lifting workshops to refine technique and feel more confident in your lfits.

Recovery and nervous system support.

From $83/week.

Your Strength Challenge

  Choose 3-4 strength sessions per week (2 of which are lift club).

  Choose from:

  • Lift Club
  • Connect Strong (Heated Mat-Based Strength)
  • RunLift Strength

  Include 1-2 support sessions per week (1 of which is recovery focused).

  Choose from:

  • Connect Yin (Hot Yoga Fusion)
  • Heal (Breathwork & Soundhealing)
  • Connect Yang (Hot Pilates Fusion)
  • Cycle (Rhythm-Based Spin)
